Rainier View’s Theory of Action
At Rainier View, we believe every child can thrive when learning is engaging, relationships are strong, and families are true partners. Together, we focus on building academic growth, fostering belonging, and amplifying student voice so that every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
These beliefs guide our SMARTIE Goals, the specific steps we’re taking to ensure success for every student.
