Rainier View’s Theory of Action

Rainier View's 2025-2026 Aligned Signature Strategies

  • Utilize data collection and reporting system to increase effective use of standards, cohort, growth, and equity data to drive instructional decisions at the school, classroom, and scholar levels

  • Build capacity of teachers through targeted professional development and collaborative coaching focused on anti-racist and culturally relevant instructional practices and strategies in literacy, numeracy, and data analysis.

  • Implement co-teaching/inclusion models that provide full and meaningful access to high-quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive core instruction within the general education classroom including scholars with special needs, scholars learning English, and advanced learners. Establish systems, structures, and professional development to support co-teaching and inclusive models.
